I work with successful women who are tired of an industry focused on providing planning, financial services, and strategies primarily aimed at men. I am a professional who is nonjudgmental, knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to helping women design the lifestyle they deserve.

I offer personalized service and confidentiality. I educate women about financial concepts and products and take the confusion out of retirement strategies, insurance, estate conservation, and preserving wealth.

Clients who engage in wealth management desire expertise in developing financial strategies to achieve their financial goals. I offer comprehensive asset management services designed to optimize your financial portfolio and help you achieve your long-term financial goals.

The services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client by providing personalized investment strategies and ongoing portfolio management. 

Assets Under Management Fees

  • First 1 million (AUM) 1.25% annually*.
  • The next 1 million - 3 million  (AUM) 1.00% annually*.
  • The next 3 million - 5 million (AUM) .75% annually*.
  • Above 5 million  (AUM) .50% annually*.

*Minimum investment of $250,000. At times, the requirement may be waived at the advisor's discretion.

**Annual fees are assessed to the portfolio in quarterly installments.

Financial Planning

My approach to comprehensive financial planning goes beyond simply managing investments. I take a holistic view of your financial situation, considering all aspects of your life and financial goals.

Whether you're a successful woman transitioning from a divorce, have become a widow, planning for retirement, learning the nuances of saving and investing for the future, saving for your children's or grandchildren's education, buying or selling a home, starting a business, or planning for longevity, I am here to help.

Fundamental Financial Planning

Clients in this stage are newcomers to wealth creation and financial planning.  Fundamental financial planning is about creating a roadmap to achieve your financial goals and secure your future. It involves assessing your current financial situation, setting achievable goals, and developing strategies to reach those goals. We work together to:

  • Manage and eliminate Debt.
  • Create a practical Spending Plan.
  • Create a Risk Management and Insurance Plan.
  • Develop Basic Investing and Retirement Strategies. 
  • Create a fundamental summary plan document (updated annually).

Clients receive a summary plan document that outlines the steps needed to achieve their financial goals.  I collaborate with clients as their accountability partners to execute the strategies. 

Semi-annual meetings provide valuable opportunities to review progress, address concerns, and adjust strategies.

A  fundamental planning fee is required to engage the services and is paid by the client in two equal installments; a portion (50%) at engagement and the final portion at summary plan delivery (usually within 30 days).

The fee begins at $1,750 annually and will vary depending on the client's financial situation.  The precise fee is established following the financial consultation session.  

 

Comprehensive Financial Planning

In transitioning from a fundamental financial plan to a comprehensive one, all services are elevated to encompass a broader scope and depth of analysis, ensuring a more robust and tailored approach to financial management.  Each service involves:

  • Tax-loss harvesting.
  • Estate tax strategies.
  • Wealth transfer strategies. 
  • Social Security optimization.
  • Liability Protection Strategies.
  • Business Succession planning.
  • Retirement account contributions.
  • Tax-efficient withdrawal strategies.
  • Detailed Cash Flow Management.
  • Comprehensive Risk Assessment.
  • Longevity/Long-term Care Planning.
  • Comprehensive Investment Plan Strategies.
  • Detailed Retirement analysis and income projections.

By integrating these services into a comprehensive financial plan, individuals receive a more holistic and tailored approach to financial management that addresses their unique circumstances, goals, and aspirations. This ensures a more robust and effective financial strategy for long-term financial well-being.

We meet quarterly to diligently review and update the plan, ensuring it remains current and aligned with their evolving financial goals and circumstances.

The annual financial planning fee begins at $3,750 for individuals and $5,000 for businesses and will vary depending on complexity.

Half of the fee (50%) is payable upon engagement, with the remaining portion due upon receipt of the financial plan, typically within 30 days. 

The precise fee is established following the financial consultation session.

In such instances, I may receive compensation in the form of a commission from the company providing the solutions or a fee charged to the account. All details are disclosed before conducting business.
